Late winter or early spring is the time to prune your fruit trees and grapevines. Raspberry plants may alos need some additional cleaning if not completed in the fall. With the deep snow cover this year, it will still be a while until these things can be done. In the meantime, get the proper tools, and study pruning methods, so that when the snow goes down, you are ready to go. Methods vary depending on the fruit and the age of the tree.
